Wellbeing Walk

£12.00

Winter can be a difficult time for our mental wellbeing: less sunlight leads to a lack of vitamin D which in turn affects our bodies ability to produce serotonin & melatonin which helps us feel good & sleep well, the daylight, or lack of it, means a decrease in exercise & there decreases our dopamine as well as the financial worries & loneliness that all comes along with the coming months. Through our “Wellbeing Walks” however, we hope to guide you through the winter blues & find the light & beauty which comes through the darkness.

You’ll learn how to reconnect with the changing of the seasons, experience different approaches such as Hygge, connect with others as well as with your own creativity & develop a new way to look at the world through foraging, journaling & crafts.

Refreshments, journal & materials included

*if you have any disabilities, difficulties or financial issues, please get in contact to let us know prior or during booking to ensure that it is accessible to as many as possible.

Please note* I am not (yet) a trained mental health professional, this walk has been designed to accompany other forms of mental health maintenance using my own personal experience. If you are struggling with your mental health, please contact:
